As a professional investor you have to sit back and say, bull case, bear case.
Now on the bull side we have a couple things people are focused on: AI … and the Fed might lower rates (already priced into the market).
But on the bear side, I am seeing five MAJOR cracks forming. Threats being willfully ignored by investors and the media. I’ve put them all in my new documentary you can now see here.
One is commercial real estate collapsing right before our eyes. This is a $6 Trillion problem for banks and pension funds.
It’s broken to its lowest level since 2009 during the Great Recession.
And it’s not being reported.
Now, I’m not a conspiracy theorist but if the mainstream media did report on this, it may not help Biden get elected.
This is front page news in my opinion and it’s not even making page 10.
But at some point the focus will shift – this could happen right after the election…
People will wake up and realize, OMG – we haven’t been paying attention to this! Then the selloff will happen.
