There’s a lot to unpack here, and it raises both emotional and strategic questions. First, this isn’t theory — real people are dying. But from a strategic standpoint, Israel couldn’t sit back while a hostile neighbor built up weapons that threaten its existence. As I explained to my kids, sometimes you have to act before danger grows larger. What’s fascinating here is the weaponry: American-made jets like Lockheed Martin’s F-35, General Dynamics F-16s, and McDonnell Douglas F-15s were all part of the strike.
