These inflationary risks are already reflected in higher bond yields, and the Fed appears to be shifting from an easing stance to a neutral one. As investors, it’s crucial to stay focused on these macroeconomic developments. Rising yields are putting pressure on the housing and mortgage sectors, and this trend is just beginning to ripple through the economy.
