    Gold Hits Record High — $4,000 Next? - 9/26

Deutsche Bank is Calling for $4,000 Gold – Here’s How to Trade It Today

Gold just keeps climbing — and Wall Street sees even more upside ahead.

The precious metal recently hit a fresh all-time high at $3,742 an ounce. That’s already an impressive move, but several major banks — including Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, Goldman Sachs, and Bank of America — believe gold could test $4,000 in the near future.

Why such bold calls? Because the global backdrop has rarely been more favorable for the yellow metal.

    Why Gold is Soaring

    1. Economic Uncertainty & Safe-Haven Demand

When markets are shaky, gold shines. Investors have been rushing into safe-haven assets as concerns mount over slowing global growth, sticky inflation, and ongoing geopolitical risks. Unlike paper currencies or bonds, gold is considered a store of value that holds up in times of crisis.

    2. Central Bank & Sovereign Demand

China just added fuel to the rally. According to reports, Beijing now wants to become a custodian of foreign sovereign gold reserves — in other words, it wants to store gold on behalf of other countries.

This has two major bullish implications:

    • It encourages more central banks and governments to buy gold, knowing China is providing infrastructure for it.

    • It signals that China itself is making gold a national financial priority.

As Business Insider put it, this move ensures “a system designed to do one thing: keep buying and holding gold.”

    3. Wall Street’s Bullish Forecasts

Deutsche Bank analysts say gold could soar above $4,000 before year-end.
    Fidelity projects $4,000 by 2026.
Goldman Sachs and Bank of America are also in the $4,000 camp within the next couple of years.

When that many big institutions align on a target, it’s worth paying attention.

    4. Federal Reserve Rate Cuts

Lower interest rates make gold more attractive. Since gold doesn’t pay a yield, its opportunity cost falls when Treasury yields decline. With the Federal Reserve expected to cut rates further in 2025, demand for gold could accelerate even more.

Why Gold Miners Often Outperform Gold

Gold itself is the anchor of the trade — but gold stocks and ETFs often rally harder than the metal.

Why? Because miners’ profits expand dramatically when gold prices rise. For example:

    • If it costs a miner $1,200 to produce an ounce of gold, and gold trades at $1,500, that’s a $300 profit per ounce.

    • If gold then rises to $2,000, the profit margin doubles to $800 per ounce.

That leverage is why gold mining stocks frequently deliver bigger percentage gains than gold itself.

27 Crypto Insiders Break Their Silence

The whispers in crypto's inner circles are getting louder.

Something massive is brewing in the market, with Bitcoin shattering records and Trump's pro-crypto agenda accelerating adoption…

Something that could make the 2021 bull run look like a warmup.

That's why 27 of crypto's most successful insiders are breaking their silence in an unprecedented emergency summit.

We're talking about the architects of Solana and THORChain. The co-creator of Tether. Fund managers who've generated billions. Traders who have called virtually every major move of the last decade.

These are the people who've quietly built empires in crypto. The ones who saw previous bull runs coming months in advance.

Now they're gathering to share their most urgent intel about what's coming next.

For the first time ever, they're pulling back the curtain on where they're putting their own money right now. Which coins they believe could explode. What moves they're making before the masses catch on.

ETF: Sprott Junior Gold Miners ETF (SYM: SGDJ)

    • Expense ratio: 0.50%

    • Focus: Small- and mid-cap gold miners.

    • Top holdings: Lundin Gold, Seabridge Gold, Equinox Gold, Victoria Gold, Osisko Mining, K92 Mining, Novagold.

Why it works: Junior miners are riskier but can deliver outsized returns when gold rallies. Smaller companies often control projects with big upside potential, and their valuations can move sharply with positive exploration results or rising gold prices.

ETF: Global X Gold Explorers ETF (SYM: GOEX)

    • Expense ratio: 0.65%

    • Focus: Companies engaged in gold exploration.

    • Top holdings: Coeur Mining, Lundin Gold, Hecla Mining, SSR Mining, Alamos Gold.

    • Dividend: Paid $0.71 in December 2024.

Why it works: Exploration companies are the highest-risk, highest-reward part of the gold sector. They don’t always produce revenue today — but a big discovery could make them takeover targets or future production leaders.

Performance has already been strong: GOEX climbed from $29.94 to $57.44 this year. With gold still pushing higher, we believe GOEX could rally to $65 near term.
