This Healthcare Market is Expected to Triple by 2030

A Trump Order Could Send This $7 Stock Soaring...And it could happen this August.

The U.S. healthcare system has been broken for some time.

In fact, according to 70% of U.S. adults, as noted by Time, the health care system is failing to meet their needs in at least one way.

High costs, ridiculous wait times, poor communication, a severe lack of personalized care, and the impersonal nature of the system is a concern for many, with millions of patients feeling more like a number than a real person.

Most of us are exhausted from it. And we need for it to change.

Not helping, multi-billion-dollar pharmaceutical companies have been exerting considerable influence over the U.S. FDA, raising concerns the agency is putting pharmaceutical company profits and needs well ahead of patients.

    However, things could soon change.

Helping, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is not only transforming U.S. health policy, he’s also restructuring the focus of some regulators and researchers, and reshaping the mission of his department to focus more on alternative medicine.

Plus, more Americans are also far more proactive about their health, looking for ways to maintain their well-being, leading to their willingness to consider supplements.

We’re also seeing substantial demand for self-care digital platforms, fueled by health awareness, convenience, personalization, and cost-savings issues. Also, with more Americans now far more proactive about their health, they’re looking for ways to feel and look good, with digital platforms offering quick, convenient information.

In short, a major health revolution is now underway in North America.

So, how can we trade this?

One way is to buy a basket of related stocks, such as Bio-Techne Corporation (SYM: TECH), Recursion Pharmaceuticals (SYM: RXRX), and Avantor (SYM: AVTR)

Another way is to jump into exchange traded funds (ETFs), which offer exposure to related names at a lower cost.

    HealthTech ETF (SYM: HEAL)

With an expense ratio of 0.50%, the HEAL ETF invests in companies transforming healthcare through cutting-edge technology. The fund targets four sub-themes: AI-enabled drug discovery, smart medical devices, tech-enabled consumer healthcare, and healthcare analytics and software solutions, as noted by Global X ETFs.

Some of its top holdings include Hims & Hers Health, Insulet Corp., Resmed, Dexcom, and Tempus AI to name just a few.

Vanguard Health Care ETF (SYM: VHT)

With an expense ratio of 0.09%, the VHT ETF invests in stocks involved in providing medical or health care products, services, technology, or equipment. It also pays a quarterly dividend. Its last payout was on June 30 for just over 96 cents. Before that, the ETF paid a dividend of just under 94 cents on March 27.

Artificial Intelligence & Technology ETF (SYM: AIQ)

We can also look at the AIQ ETF.

With an expense ratio of 0.68%, the ETF invests in companies that potentially stand to benefit from the further development and utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in their products and services, as noted by Global X ETFs. Some of its top holdings include Tencent Holdings, Oracle, Palantir, Broadcom, Microsoft, Nvidia and Cisco Systems.

    Bonus: Chart of Day

Advanced Micro Devices (SYM: AMD) is still one of our favorite tech stocks.

Now at $174.95, we’re now calling for $200.

Helping, analysts at Benchmark reiterated its Buy rating and raised its price target to $210 from $170 after strong earnings growth.

In its most recent quarter, AMD posted revenue of $7.685 billion, up 32% year-over-year and 3% quarter-over-quarter. It was also $270 million above Wall Street expectations of $7.415 billion. Moving forward, AMD expects revenue of $8.7 billion, up 13% quarter over quarter, and 28% year over year. That’s also above analyst expectations of $8.32 billion.

We also have to remember the company is exposed to a multi-billion-dollar addressable market for data center AI chips. In fact, according to company Chair and CEO Lisa Su, that addressable market for AI chips will reach $500 billion by 2028, which is up from her prior estimate for $400 billion by the time 2027 rolls around.
